10th International Congress of Nutritionists: A Decade of Excellence
Dear colleagues, distinguished guests, dear friends and partners,
It is a great honour and an immense pleasure to welcome you to the 10th International Congress of Nutritionists. For us, this year represents a truly special milestone—a jubilee anniversary celebrating a decade of collective growth, the exchange of knowledge, and tireless dedication to the advancement of the field of nutrition.
Once a vision, this Congress is today one of the most significant international gatherings of nutritionists in Europe. We are proud to host our jubilee meeting in the modern and inspiring setting of the Zonar Hotel in Zagreb, from 26 to 28 November 2026. Traditionally, we welcome approximately 400 participants and over 40 leading speakers from across the region and the globe, creating a platform for dialogue that knows no borders.
The nutrition profession today spans a broad field of activity, strongly integrated into modern technology and the healthcare system. Consequently, over the years, our Congress has become an indispensable meeting point for the scientific community and the food and pharmaceutical industries. Together, we create a space for innovation and solutions that directly impact quality of life and public health.
This jubilee programme is designed to be the crowning achievement of our work to date. Alongside engaging plenary lectures, the Congress remains true to its mission: above all, the promotion of excellence and the practical application of knowledge. We are particularly proud to have spent the past decade rewarding and encouraging the work of young scientists and researchers, recognising them as the bearers of new ideas and the future of our profession. Our interactive workshops for students and professionals remain the heart of the Congress, where new skills essential for tackling modern challenges are acquired through shared discussion and practical examples.
In honour of our tenth anniversary, we are focusing on the most pressing challenges in nutrition:

- The Role of the Nutritionist in the Era of New Pharmacological and Integrative Approaches to Obesity Management
- Scientific Perspectives on the Impact of Modern Dietary Patterns on Health
