The Croatian Federation of Nutritionists (CFN) is a national organization that represents nutritionists and dieticians in Croatia. CFN was formed on June 3rd, 2017. This association works together to promote, develop, improve, and preserve the professions of nutritionists and dietitians.

The Croatian Federation of Nutritionists organizes the annual International Congress of Nutritionists. This Congress is special because it provides an opportunity for the discussion of the most recent research findings in nutritional science and brings together experts from a variety of scientific professionals who share the same interests and aims. These experts include food technologists and engineers, agronomists, physicians, pharmacists, kinesiologists and psychologists, among others.

Our vision is to unite all current dietician and nutritionist associations to enhance support and collaboration. Improve the social status of dieticians in Croatia, while also providing excellent working conditions for scientific research and international collaboration.

Our mission is to improve the social status of nutritionists and their competencies by taking care of their professional needs and interests, as well as lifelong education and training.

We also aim to promote, increase awareness and educate the general public about the importance of proper nutrition in line with the campaigns of city, state, European and World health institutions and organizations, the food industry, and educational institutions.
