Instructions for registration:

1. Registration can be made only through the online application form at the bottom of this site.
2. You will receive the confirmation of the registration on your e-mail entered in the application form.
3. After you received the confirmation of the application receipt, a registration fee must be paid accordingly to the registration fees and payment information stated below on this site.
4. You will receive a confirmation of a processed payment within 24 hours of payment receipt (in some cases 48 hours after the payment). An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address along with the confirmation that your registration is completed. You will also receive your QR code, which you are obligated to bring to the Congress. In case of payment as a legal entity the additional registration information are required and you will be contacted by the Finance Department of the Congress if needed.
5. Accommodation can be requested as part of the registration process. Participants may arrange accommodation when completing their registration.

Registration fees:

*Registration fees for delegates, sponsors, and lecture and poster presenters includes:
1. Attendance to the official programme of the Congress, regular workshops, and social events.
2. Certificate of attendance.
3. All official Congress materials.

**Registration fee for students includes:
1. Attendance to the official Congress programme, student workshops (November 25, 2026), and welcome reception.
2. Certificate of attendance.
3. All official Congress materials.

***Students’ Workshop – students may choose to participate only in the Students’ Workshop on 25 November 2026

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for participants has been arranged at the Zonar Hotel at special congress rates.*

Single room rate per room per night – 102,00 €

Double room rate per room per night – 114,00 €

*The above rates include bed and breakfast.
